Caesars Air Rewards Guide

What is Caesars Rewards?
Caesars Rewards is the rewards program for all Caesars entertainment properties.You can sign up free at any property or for those who live in state where online gambling is legal, You can sign up if Caesars has an online casino in your state. Also you can book a charter flight without a card for the current charter price. This is helpful if you do not have a Caesars Property near you. Skip to section 3 if you would like to choose this route.  If you sign up in a casino you will get a players card. Keep this card that number on your card is your Caesars Reward number. 

How do rewards affect Charter prices?
When you gamble using your players card for example in a slot machine. You earn points and Caesars starts tracking your play. You don't have to spend a lot to get the deals. But the more you gamble(Does not have to be spend, it goes by what you wager) the cheaper you get the trips.

How do I book a charter flight?
To book a charter flight make sure you have your Rewards Number ready.Using a web browser go to the Caesar Air Rewards page. The web address is www.caesars.com/myrewards/air

When you first get to the site you will select an airport close to you. Some airports are seasonal they fly out of, some are year round. After selecting an airport you can select the number of guests and a date.Don't worry the date will give you a range and show all flights from that airport for 3 months after the date selected. Understand you will only be able to see flights out for about 6 months or so. They add trips every few months so makes you check back. You may put your rewards number in now in the spot illustrated in the picture above. Or you can choose to see the full prices first.

Pricing

Below is an image of Charter flights out of Grand Rapids Michigan from Aug - Nov without putting my rewards card number in. This is for 1 person. This would be the price you can book it without a rewards card.

Now I put my rewards number into the Rewards Number box and click search. These are the prices using my Caesar Rewards number, Still 1 person. As you can see this dropped the price dramatically. If you have 2 people going on a trip, You are allowed to put a rewards number in for each. I suggest doing that as it will make the price better most of the time. Also try swapping the 1st and 2nd person around. Sometimes this will change the price as well.

Book Your Charter Flight
Find a trip you like? Click the book now button, fill out all the information requested, pick your room type, Select plane options and pay for the trip. Make sure you agree to the agreement at the end so that your booking is finalized.  You are all set happy vacation. You will receive an email with any changes to your trip. And a day or two before your flight you will get a final conformation email. This will give you instructions on where to check in and times. It will also let you know if there is any weight restrictions on luggage. For the most part you can bring a carry on and checked bag (under 50lbs) free. Day of your trip show up at the airport check in the counter, give them your bag, get your boarding pass and head to the plane. 

Things to Keep in Mind:
These trips are for adults 21 and older only. No children are allowed.

Prices will fluctuate depending on demand. So if you find one at a decent price I suggest booking it. The price will only go up as the demand gets higher.

If you book a trip and cancel it. Depending on the length of time before the departure date. You may be charged a cancellation fee. Which Is about $400 total. So they basically
would keep your money for the trip and charge you the remaining amount if you cancel. So make sure you intend to go!

Will I have to gamble during the whole trip?

Of course not! We have used these charter trips over the last few years to knock off some of our bucket list items. For example there is a tour company in Laughlin,NV that offers tours to The Grand Canyon(The top and the bottom), Route 66, Oatman,AZ, Hoover Dam etc.. Best of all they will pick you up right from your hotel!

Just keep in mind the casinos offer these cheap trips because they expect you to gamble. So if you want to keep getting these amazing deals make sure you do gamble while on these trips. We have even seen people fly on these trips with us and rent a car when we land.Then drive straight to Vegas or some other destination near by.
